Anyone know what Timmy sauce is? A sauce that is put over sushi sometimes????!
I have had sushi covered in timmy sauce, it is a pinky colored sauce!. Does anyone know what this consists of!? The only resturant I have had it in was in San Diego CA, and living in boston, that doesnt really helpWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like a local specialty!. Lots of sushi restaurants will invent new types of rolls or sauces that are specific to just that restaurant!.
For instance, my favorite roll at one restaurant is the UFO Roll, which is a California Roll sliced into 6 pieces, each topped with a scallop, covered in a slightly spicy mayonaise based sauce, then cooked in the oven!. Another restaurant near Apple Computer serves things like The Apple Roll, The Microsoft Roll, The iPod Roll, etc!.
