I look at the bags and their nutrition!. Then I add the whole calorie count together and divide by the number of servings I am going to have with it!.
So if Flour is 50 cal a cup
Sugar 100 cal a cup
Butter 1000 cal a cup

it would equal 1150 altogether and then I was going to split it in two it would be 575 cal a serving or if I decided I wanted smaller servings like 8 then it would equal about 145 cal!. I round up if it isn't a whole number!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have to write all of the ingredients down and add up the calories then divide by the number of servings the recipe made!. I use thedailyplate!.com or calorie-count!.com to get the numberof calories in each ingredient!. Sounds like a lot of work but it's worth it!. There really SHOULD be a website for this kind of thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

uses the USDA nutrition database!.!.!. here is a link http://www!.nal!.usda!.gov/fnic/foodcomp/se!.!.!.

that's how I do it allllll the time

If you're on weight watchers and subscribe to eTools, they have a recipe builder function that will allow you to calculate as well!.

Hope that helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

A CUP OF FLOUR IS
A CUP OF SUGAR IS add them all up and divide them by the servings or get a calorie book and guesstimateWww@FoodAQ@Com
