Everyone makes it different!. My mom makes one cup of rice with lots of water and condescend milk added!. Cook it until rice is soft and then add cinnamon and raisins, if you like them!. Oh and don't forget to add sugar while your cooking the rice!. It all depends on how sweet you like it!. Add it by your taste!. After its done put in in your pan of choice and refrigerate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
