Try the Japanese Buckwheat noodles!. They're easy to find, delicious, and very similar to the Chinese egg noodle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Egg noodles don't taste eggy - but if you would rather not, rice noodles are a great alternative!. Sauces work really well with them, or they are great in a stir-fry!. The other great thing about rice noodles, is they are not as bloating as their wheat counterparts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
spaghetti noodles are absolutely perfect!. i always use them in my chow mein and if you look, many recipes call for spaghetti over other types!Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you go to a health foods store you might be able to find wheat noodles!. my mom always gets sphagetti noodles that are wheat instead of that white flour!.!.!.!.but idk if they are like chow mein noodles!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
