Try the Japanese Buckwheat noodles!. They're easy to find, delicious, and very similar to the Chinese egg noodle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Egg noodles don't taste eggy - but if you would rather not, rice noodles are a great alternative!. Sauces work really well with them, or they are great in a stir-fry!. The other great thing about rice noodles, is they are not as bloating as their wheat counterparts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

spaghetti noodles are absolutely perfect!. i always use them in my chow mein and if you look, many recipes call for spaghetti over other types!Www@FoodAQ@Com
