its my other halfs birthday on sunday but were having our day out on thursday and i wanted to cook him something from ecuador as that is his country i'm from cuba so our foods are obviously completely different just wanted some nice recipes thanks! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fritada is a traditional pork dish, normally served mote, but you probably won't get mote in the UK!. Tripe is also popular in the Sierra!. If you google for a Fritada recipe make sure it is not one for Spain as it is completely different!.
