I have a question about rice?!
My neighbor has a few bags of rice, she does not cook them often!. So they are now too old & she found some rice worms in the rice!. I think she should not use it, but she does not agree with me!. What is the right thing to do!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I live in Thailand where rice is the staple!. If Thai people find creatures in the rice they put it in water!. The creatures will float to the top and can be scooped off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Rice is cheap!. Talk about being stingy!. If she would rather pik bugs out of rice instead of paying $3!.00 to get a big new bag, that says a lot about her!. She's either poor or not a very clean person!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Some cultures find ok to eat rice worms!. It is gross for us, but they eat the rice with the worm and say is yummy, also there is Rice Worm Soup ( Tum Kao Paick )!. It will not kill her!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
rinse well & cook thru!. Dry chillis can do away the rice bugs!. Drop some dry chilis in the bags of rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
