Chinese Sichuan & Hunan cuisines are very spicy, very hot - chillies-&-peppery hot!!

Probably thai or indian foods!. Try a thai jungle curry which is made without coconut milk and it's super hot!. Or an indian vindaloo!. Mexican food will not generally blow your head off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
