Vietnamese appetizer name?!
WHAT IS THIS CALLED!?
So I went to this Vietnamese restaurant and not a pho restaurant, where they actually had appetizers you didn't have to order!.
It was a small dish of a warm set rice-cake in a small dish with green onion, dried shrimp flakes and fresh ground shrimp on top!. Then you pour on some fish sauce (nuoc mam) on it and eat!.
