crumpets
butter tarts (like pecan pie, without the pecans)
maple syrup
back bacon
poutine
screech

beaver tails

I like beaver tails very much, I wish it was an internationally famous food so that I can find it everywhere I go!.
I don't think the same when it comes to poutine, though!.
Canadians also have some good relish recipes for hamburgers and hotdogs!.
Don't forget the McIntosh apple, by the way!.
