Which dishes more healthy Chinese or Japanese?!

Question: Which dishes more healthy Chinese or Japanese!?
Answers:
Japanese I'd say; they use healthier cooking methods, use less oil and fat, eat more fish and chicken than pork or beef, lots more vegetables, and also seaweed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Perhaps Japanese in general, but China is big, so it depends on the region of China that you are talking about!. Some Chinese food is perhaps even healthier depending on the region, but we Americans tend to get the fried stuff, which is predictably unhealthy!. It can depend on the dish, and your own health considerations!. If you have a family history of problems related to a high salt-intake, then neither is good for you, but Japanese would be worse!. But Chinese food generally has more fat than Japanese does!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, both are equally healthy!. chinese food includes stir fry and dim sum too so it might not be always about deep frying etc!. japanese food are also healthy as they use quite a lot of veggies!. So both are equally healthy but it depends on what u choose to eat and the method used for cooking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on what exactly you eat!. Chinese food can be greasy and there's a lot of fried Japanese food!. If you think Japanese food doesn't use as much MSG, then you really don't know Japanese food!. It's in salt (aji-shio) and in many of the sauces and stocks (as part of dashi)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

LOL!. its both!. well that what i think!. it depends on what type of japanese or chinese dish!. sure, some chinese dishes are fried but there are dishes that arent fried too such as dim sum!. it better to have a healthy balanced diet!. best to have both!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Japanese food, mainly because they use more veggies in their food, and the fact that alot of Chinese food is fried! So if you're on a diet or something, then japanese is a better option!.=]

personally i like both! XDWww@FoodAQ@Com

Japanese, because they use more fresh vegetables!. A lot of Chinese food is deep-fried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm pretty sure Japanese food is!. Especially sushi and sashimi!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Japanese they don't use as much MSG!. and it tastes better too!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
