What kind of sushi do you like that is served everywhere?!

Question: What kind of sushi do you like that is served everywhere!?
There are certain rolls that are universal (i!.e!. California, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Philadelphia, Spider, Rainbow, Las Vegas, etc!.) that can be used to determine how great a sushi restaurant is based on the taste and how fresh the fish is!. Obviously it's fun to try new rolls but does anyone have a few universal rolls they like to try at every sushi restaurant they regular!? Mine are the Rainbow, Tuna, and Spider Rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the best way to tell how fresh the fish is, is to eat sashimi - and I like tuna and octopus the best!. It's easier to "hide" the quality of the fish when it's disguised in a roll !.!.!.!.!. But, I like Sweet Shrimp Handrolls the bestWww@FoodAQ@Com

I love the Las Vegas roll, it is something i can get no matter where i go if i am unsure of other things on the menu!. Spicy tuna is good as well, i love anything with a lot of flavor and texture!. I'm not a fan of the california roll tho, its not really sushi to me and is more of something people who dont truly like sushi will eat!. Sashimi is the best way to go if its super fresh and you really enjoy raw fish!.

MMM now i culd go for some sushi =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like the crystal shrimp alot, the godzilla is good too, but I am not a huge fan of the california rolls, they are not really sushi to me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorie is Unagi!.!.!. grilled eel!.
The eel is broiled so it's a little crispy and coated with a slightly sweet sauce!. Very good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

crunchy rolls and cali rolls!Www@FoodAQ@Com

rainbow tuna and spider rolls are the best!.their very tasty!.i can have it right now lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
