How do you make Korean style potato salads.?!


Question: How do you make Korean style potato salads!.!?
I eat these at one of the Korean restaurants all the time!. It's quartered Red B or Yukan Potatoes, fried (I guess) and looks like they mix it with mayonaise or something!. Then the other is I guess made the same but instead, it is spicy hot but does not have a taste of Kim Chee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
1 small waxy yellow potatoes peeled
1 tsp!. dark sesame oil
3 small tricolor peppers sliced 1 tsp!. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbs!. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp!. ginger powder
1 tsp!. mustard


Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and cube!.
Mix peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, sesame oil, sesame seeds and ginger powder in a serving bowl!.
Fold the potatoes in and mix gently until blended!. Cover and chill!. Lasts 3 days in the refrigerator!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ummm!.!. I am Korean and I have made potato salads before, but could you possibly define it better!? There are many differing styles!. A picture link would be great!.

I know how to make one that is made out of mayonnaise, but isn't spicy hot like you described!.
