hmm dont know if its considered a delicacy, but some people in ireland and the uk (dont know about the states) eat tripe, which is made from the stomachs of sheep or cow!.
also black pudding, which is usually eaten as part of the traditional fry up is kinda gross to me, cos its made from pigs blood usually!.

Well, farmers here in the Midwest enjoy what some of the Southeast Asians call 'Balut'!. It's an egg buried in the ground with a not-fully-developed chick inside!. After between 30 and 60 days they dig it up, peel it, and eat it!. I've had it!. Not worth the effort but it's not bad!.

Escargot! I still don't understand what would posess someone to eat SNAILS! Any type of testicles!. I saw on Bizare Foods one time that they have this type of foul smelling cheese!. It was one of the only times that I saw him actually be sick from eating it!. GrossWww@FoodAQ@Com
