Answers:
What I have had is very good!.
Juicy little mounds of different foods, and a thin, spongey pancake-like bread that you tear and pick up your food with!.
I had a spicy beef, and a portion of cooked spinach on the njera bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a little similar to Indian food except they use different spices in their spice blends!. It uses lots of lentils, veggies of all types and they have many meat dishes too!. Dishes are typically thick and saucy, with ingredients cut into small pieces (no knife and fork needed)!. It's meant to be eaten with the hands using pieces of thin, pliable bread as a scoop!.

Some dishes can be very hot; some are mild!. Most are highly seasoned with spices (not necessarily hot ones)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i can even tell you how to make it but i won't anyway there are two kinds of basic meals the red spicy one and the yellow less spicy one it's really good especially if it's chicken it's done in three different ways as far as i know with sheep with meat and with chicken and then there's the raw meat called "kitfo" it's a lot like maybe even exactly like eritrean food wich is really greatWww@FoodAQ@Com

Most Ethiopian food is placed on a large doughy "plate" that you eat as you finish the food!. There are a lot of lentils and potatoes, along with goat and lamb (usually)!. The sauces are great, fairly spicy!. I love the flavors and it's fun to "eat your plate!." You eat with your hands!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
