How to store falafels?!
I just bought a bunch of fresh falafels (just the balls) from a lebanese deli here, and I don't know if I should keep them in the fridge or just on the counter!. How long will they keep and where should I keep them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can keep them out if your just waiting a few hours!. The garlic in them will spoil if you leave them out of the refrigerator for more than a day or so!. Heat them in the oven if you want the crisp outside!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I store mine in the fridge in a plastic container ( lize zip lock or glad) with paper towels in between for up to 3 days!. Great results- just fry quickly when you want them and serve with pita, tahini, and a tomato/onion/cucmber salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
