No, Alpia and Milka has a higher fat content than American chocolates!. However, American chocolates have a little bit higher sugar content than European!.

I think you should read the labels for dark chocolate which is considered as good chocolate because there is a certain chemical that's good for the heart!. But please read the labels, and compare them!. The only chocolate that is dark chocolate is the Hershey's Dark Chocolate - it is a bittersweet chocolate that matches some of the European chocolates!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"Health benefits" of chocolates have nothing to do with brands!.

Milk chocolate does not have the healthy benefits to offer that dark chocolate does!. Chocolate which contains higher levels of cocoa offers the highest number of healthy advantages!. DARK chocolate provides more health benefits than milk chocolate, (contains added sweeteners); white chocolate does not even contain any levels of cocoa!.

Reported health benefits of Dark Chocolate includes:
- cocoa is high in anti-dioxidants
- lower blood pressure (contains flavonoids)
- flavonoids help the blood flow more smoothly through blood vessels!.

Consume DARK chocolates with at least 70% cocoa content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

not all the time
lil milkas have tonnes of plam oils in them along with calories and fat!.
try dark chocolate!.
it is really healthy for you and has less calories and fat than any other kind of chocolateWww@FoodAQ@Com
