Hello Indian folks! Cooking question about chole, please help!?!
I want to make palak chole tonight, but I only have those Tyson ones at home (you know, those very small dark brown ones)!. Can I make this dish using this kind of chole!? Will it taste OK!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes dear it will turn out well!. My mom makes it and its delicious!. To thicken the soupy part, you can add flour with warm water into it!. If you use lots of onions and tomatoes it will taste good!. You can try putting two maggie vegetable cubes or chicken cubes to it!. A good vegetable masala also works wonders!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No it wont work!. try out a better recipe that goes well with the dark brown ones!. If u have coconut at home i could give u a good recipe !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
