Simple Pilau rice recipe please?!
I'm making a kind of spicy lamb dish tomorrow and would like a simple pilau rice recipe!.
I'm quite handy in the kitchen but rice is the one thing that constantly defeats me!.
I have a method to cook plain basmati rice and would like a very simple method to make pilau rice!.
It will need to serve four people though obviously I can work things out!.
(Sorry if I've spelt pilau wrong but I can't find a consistent spelling!.)
Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Aloha,
Well, we learn something every day! I got quite a chuckle out of your question because pilau in Hawaiian means dirty or smelly!. Thinking for sure you meant "pilaf", I looked it up, and sure enough, it is just a different spelling!. Anyway, here is a simple recipe for you!.
