i looooove tiramisu! it's funny, though, that so many different places insist on making it so many different ways!. classically, it should involve ladyfingers soaked in espresso and/or some sort of rum or brandy or liqueur!.!.the unique texture of the ladyfingers then infused with this stuff is incredible! many places cheat by instead using sponge cake or other things!. actually, though, i have very much enjoyed many of the unauthentic versions!. still, though, the classic rules!Www@FoodAQ@Com
