Could I make Adai Dosa from canned lentils? I know it's not ideal, but could I?!

No, sorry it will not work because the lentils need to ferment for a short while (2-4 hrs)!. Canned lentils have too much salt, additives and preservatives to allow the fermentation process!. However, I am not sure about organic canned lentils that have no additives/preservatives!.
