Chinese entered the labor force in United States for building railroads, nearly 2 centuries ago!. Since then, the Chinese food has matured and more palatable to Asian and western palate!. Some of this food did not even originate in China, chow mien originated in USA!.

When we lived in Australia we had some friends from India and China, there is no doubt but to the Western palette that Indian is far superior!.
