picadillo is a mexican casserole that consists os "res"=dried shredded beef, chicken, or ahything else!. (res in spanish means dried and shredded, for instance carne de res is dried shredded beef) it also had fried potatoes, a rotel mixture and tomatoe sauce!. i add fideo noodles to mine for added oomph!Www@FoodAQ@Com
