Answers:
There called Flautas (not sure if i spelled it right)!. I cook them sometimes!.
Boil your chicken then debone, add some salt and set a side!.
In a frying pan warm up your oil, i use vegetable!.
In a hand kitchen hand towel warm up about 10 or so tortillas for about 2 minutes, until there bendable!.
Place a small amount of chicken along an edge of tortilla and slowly roll up the tortilla by keeping it tight!.
Do your next until you have five at a time, you can keep them tightly rolled by keeping them toughing one another!.
With a pair of tongs or two forks place one fork on top and the other on the bottom of the tortilla and place in your frying pan!. Let tortilla fry for a second before lifting fork to make sure it doesn't unravel!. Add other tacos, side by side so that there touching!.
As they fry go ahead and warm up more tortillas in the microwave and start rolling up the next set of tacos!.
Turn your Flautas until they are a nice brown (but not burnt) on all sides, place on plate lined with paper towels!.
Cook until all chicken is used!.
For toppings i like sour cream, crumbled feta cheese (Mexican crumbling cheese)!.
Lettuce and a great salsa (home made) is great!. Salsa verde is what i make with tomatillos, jalapenos 2, onion and garlic piece (boiled except for onion) then blend in blender with salt!.

Spanish, as from Spain, do not use this in their cuisine!. Mexicans do!. Maybe you are referring to fried chicken tacos, which are just like the best thing in the world!. Just take some shredded chicken, wrap them up in a tortilla, hold them closed with a toothpick and fry until golden brown!. Drain on paper towels, remove the toothpick and eat topped or dipped in guacamole, cream, salt and salsa!. Yum!
