Another question: Do you know how much the italian restaurant in the state/city that you advise me!? And if they are good restaurant!?

You could open one in the Midwest, Omaha Nebraska there really isn't any good authentic restaurants in the area!. I moved here from Massachusetts where we are more ethnically diverse we had Italian, Portuguese and Greek restaurants which the cooking was authentic and truly amazing in taste!. Here its all prepackaged and tasteless food!. I believe a good Italian place would make very good money and do good business!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
