Australian term for All purpose flour or maida?!
I wanna make Bhature for my friends on Sunday and have no time on sat!. to pop down to the indian shop to buy Maida, and I know that in most recipes they call for all purpose flour OR maida in the Bhatura, so can anyone please tell me the Aussie term for Maida or all purpose flour!.!.!.!. is it plain flour!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

all purpose flour = plain flour = maida!.
But for bhaturas, try using plain flour mixed with a little self raising flour, bhaturas will turn out better when fried and soak less oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
