i have cooked Lebanese food for some 40 years!.

* 4 cloves garlic
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup lemon juice (I use the real thing from lemons)
* 1/4 tsp salt
* dash cayenne

Directions

1!. Blend all ingredients in blender until mashed!.
2!. Dip cooked chicken or other meat, veggies, or pita in sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2 bulb garlic, cloves separated and peeled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons olive oil
For 4 servings

In the container of a blender, combine the garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt!. Blend at medium speed until smooth!. Continue blending while pouring olive oil into the blender in a thin stream!. The mixture should become thick and white like salad dressing!. Store refrigerated in a glass container!.

Or if you want something done real fast , my mom uses to mash up 2 cloves of garlic and mix it with some mayonnaise
IT's no t as good as the first recipe but it's faster :)

Just do a search on google for lebanese garlic sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both my Lebanese and Egyptian friend make this and my one friend's wife uses the same recipe as all the other with one addition and it keeps the sauce emulsified better, a tablespoon of tahini sesame paste, for a bit of a kick add a bit of cayenne or harissaWww@FoodAQ@Com
