If you have a wok, Try orange chicken, since you live in Orange county!.
Use some coconut oil and brown some skinned boneless chicken!. After it is thoroughly browned, add the juice of a full orange, some lime, some peppers, and paprika!. Let it simmer for a good long time, then add a combination of cornstarch and flour that you have shaken in a jar with some water!.(keeps you from having lumps)!. Serve over rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
