What I do is make a pot of chicken broth!. Home made or store bought up to you!. I add some green onion, tofu and garlic!. I bring it to a boil then I scramble two eggs in a bowl, I stir the broth with one hand and pour the beaten eggs slowly with the other hand!. I stir until the egg is cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
