Yes , i love it !.Caribbean food are great foods!.in Jamaica they have the spicy salt fish and ackee!.Their national dish!.Jerk chicken and jerk pork!.stewed cows foot!.oxtail and baked bread fruit!. In Barbados they have the famous flying fish!. They made them breaded , burger and grilled!.In Antigua they had the curried goat with fresh mango and pineapple chutney!. Fried plantain , Jamaican black beans and rice, calla loo soup!. One more speciality of Caribbean is the fresh conch salad!.In Bahamas this dish is very special!. different types of ceviche!.(raw sea food salad)!.island pepper pot soup and pickled paw paw or green raw pickled papaya!. also the yams and yucca!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes and no, the main problem that I have with Carribean food is that you only seem to be able to get it at takeaway places, and as such they don't charge a lot, and use cheap cuts of meat!. A few more Carribean restaurants would be great, as I'd happily pay more for restaurant quality carribean food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes I do!.I have tried jerk chicken,goat curry,saltfish and ackee and as I am planning to become vegetarian soon a number of vegetable dishes-vegetable curry,pea casserole and the like-all have been great!.I really love fried plantain as a side dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love jerk chicken and agree it doesn't taste half as good at home as it does in the Caribbean!. I got married in Barbados 2 months ago and fell in love with their speciality dish of flying fish, especially when it is coated in their spicy breadcrumbs!. I also love their fishcakes they do with a spicy dipping sauce!. Yummy!

Im not a cake person but love their Tortuga rum cake!. I loved it so much that I even got some sent home to me since we got back home! It cost a fortune on postage but was well worth it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jerk chicken with rice and peas!. Walkerswood do a nice jerk seasoning, although it's best cooked on a barbie, preferably an oil drum one with a lid, with some wood shaving mixed in with the charcoal for that woody taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ox Tail is pretty good!. The meat is super tender, but it has a lot of fat, so be prepared!.
