i love fish!. i enjoy both sushi and cooked fish!.

depending on the fish cooked and uncooked taste a world of different!. as for salmon and tuna, sashimi is better!. as for cod or sole, i would not even think about eating them raw!. mackerel is delicious cooked and uncooked!. really dependsWww@FoodAQ@Com

sushi is seasoned rice with various "toppings" (the stuff added on top or inside) !.!.!. such as egg, tuna, cucumber, etc!. It is not raw fish !.!.!. though it can have raw fish as one of it's "toppings"!.

I personally prefer raw fish to cooked fish - but that's what I grew up eating!. To me, cooked fish - like salmon, etc - is just gross!. I don't eat canned tuna - yuck!. But I love ahi (yellow-fin tuna) poke - raw fish, with shoyu and limu (seaweed) and Hawaiian chili peppers!.

I also love sushi - there are many places that have wonderful varieties!. Inari sushi, maki roll, they are all yummy!. California roll is ok, but I prefer the Hawaiian roll!.

EDIT - I agree, sashimi is YUMMY! We eat ours plain or dipped in a shoyu/vinegar/chili pepper water sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All of the best fish I have had has been prepared raw: salmon, tuna, mackerel, etc!. Cooking fish just toughens it up and requires artificial seasoning!. I like cooked fish, but raw fish takes the cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sushi is (if you get the right roll) awesome!. I know lots of people who like sushi who can't stand eating fish normally!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i really like both!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
