Ayurvedic cookbooks?!
I have digestive problems and have had many people tell me that going vegetarian may help and that there is a type of Indian cooking that is specifically intended to heal!. What are the best cookbooks and guides to become familiar with Ayurvedic cooking!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am not sure what type of cooking or how much cooking you do but I suggest checking your local library, Borders or Barnes & Nobles book stores for Ayurvedic cookbooks!. That way you could actually go through them personally to see if the recipes are suitable, some recipes are more "Americanized" or "Westernized" others are geared towards Indian home cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
