Any Indian Recipe for Prawn Biryani Please?!

Prawn Biryani
? 500 gms Rice (soaked)
? 800 gms Prawns (shelled)
? ? cup Onion (sliced)
? 4-5 twigs Coriander Leaves
? 2 tbsp Coconut (grated)
? 50 ml Coconut Milk
? 2 tsp Lemon Juice
? 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
? 2 tsp Garam Masala
? 8 tbsp Oil
? Salt to taste
How to make Prawn Biryani:
? Drain the soaked rice and keep it aside!.
? Now heat the oil in a pan!. Fry the prawns on low flame till golden and keep them aside!.
? In the remaining oil, add bay leaves, garam masala, sliced onions and sauté till onions get pink in color!.
? Pour water to the above and add turmeric powder, lemon juice and green chilies to it!. Let it boil!.
? Add drained rice to the above and cook for a few minutes!.
? Add prawns, coconut milk and salt to the rice, while stirring!.
? Cover the pan and cook over medium heat till rice and prawns are cooked!.
? Garnish the biryani with grated coconut and coriander leaves!.

200 g frozen mixed vegetables
500 g basmati rice, washed and soaked (long grain)
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
4-6 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt, beaten
4-6 potatoes, pieces deep fried
1/2 cup onion, crisp fried
1 teaspoon green food coloring, dissolved in
1/4 cup milk
To be ground into a paste
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
green chilies, to taste
3/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon dried kasuri methi, crumbled between the palms of your hands
5 cloves
15 black peppercorns
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt
Directions
1Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan!.
2Fry the sliced onion till it turns pink in colour!.
3Add chopped tomatoes!.
4Cook till tender!.
5Grind together all the ingredients mentioned under"To be ground to a paste"!.
6Add the ground masala paste!.
7Fry for 2 minutes!.
8Add prawns and vegetables!.
9Mix well!.
10Stir in yoghurt and cook on simmer for 5 minutes until the prawns are done!.
11Keep aside!.
12Parboil rice until half cooked in boiling salted water!.
13Drain water completely!.
14Place potatoes on top of the prawn masala!.
15Spread the par boiled rice over this!.
16Mix green food colour with milk in a bowl!.
17Sprinkle this on top of the rice!.
18Spread a thin layer of crisp onion on top!.
19Close lid to cover tightly!.
20Cook on simmer for 20 minutes!.
21Serve hot with yoghurt raita and salad by the side!.
