What can you eat with Sadza (Isitshwala / Maize Meal / Mealie-Meal) as a vegitarian option?!


Question: What can you eat with Sadza (Isitshwala / Maize Meal / Mealie-Meal) as a vegitarian option!?
I love cooking sadza but my boyfriend is a veggie so can't eat steak which is what I normally would eat with it!. Any other ideas!?

Sadza is corn porridge!. You can make some grilled (or broiled) vegetable kabas or a spicy lentil salad!. You could also eat it along side some falafel, stuffed grape leaves (dolmas)!. Other ideas: Black Eyed Peas and Greens, Jollof Rice, Fu Fu, Spicy Okra, Peanut stew!.!.!.
