Answers:
I eat both sashimi (raw fish by itself) and sushi which consists of either fish or vegetables on top of rice!.

My favorites include maguro (tuna), salmon, takuan (pickled vegetable rolled up in rice and nori - seaweed), and shrimp!.

I'm lucky enough to have the best sushi and sashimi in the world, right here in Japan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometime I make chirashi-sushi (not sushi roll/hand-rolled sushi) in my house!.
I prepare vinegared rice!. And I choose my favorite topping from variations such as sliced raw fish, vegetables, crab meat, thin strips of egg and so on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat it either way, but I particularly love prawn sushi, the place up the road cooks the prawns to perfection :P!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
