Question: Do any food chains ever sell any of their foriegn/non-American menu items in the US!?

Restaurants have menu items specific to different regions!. I'd love to try some of these, but I'd like to not travel their! Do these restaurants (ie McDonalds/Dominos/etc) have these items in predominant ethnic areas in the US at all!? IE: McArabia in a Little India area etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
