for breakfast i had a wedge of leftover fritatta that i'd made on Sunday
for lunch i had leftover fried rice from last night's take out
2 bottles of water
and that's it so far, not even a snack today!.

Whole grain cereal with strawberries
A banana
A chicken salad with yogurt and some crackers
Some strawberries & a mango
And for dinner I am having some chicken breast with brown rice and brocolli!.
