Hi there, being someone that has worked in Yiros shops ,i can tell you that most if not all lamb Yiros has a verry high fat content, as much and at times more then what you would find in a hamburger , there is a way to tell if a yiros has allot of fat before you order it , and that is the colour of the meat on the spit (rotisserie) !. the darker the colour is the more meat and less fat it has in it !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah they are awesome! I think most places make it into like a meatloaf type thing with 'lamb-burger' So you just can't really tell its there but there is a good amount of fat in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not particularly!.
It depends on who makes the gyro, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it's fatty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
