I am fantastic at it, and when my kids were little, 3 and 4 I started them, now at 14 they are as natural with them as forks and knives and will use them often!. They are so good for getting pickled things that bob around in jars! Have you mastered the huge big long cooking ones!? They are good for not burning yourself when you turn potatoes in a roasting hot oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Before I lived in Japan, I used to think I was really good at using chopsticks!.
Then I went to Japan and had to try de-boning a whole fish with them!. My first fish took me more than 30 minutes to debone, especially since this was one where the bones were so sharp they'd cut the inside of your mouth!.
Fast-forward to a year later, and I was deboning fish in 2 minutes!.
So yeah, I'd say I'm pretty good at using chopsticks!. ^o^Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love to use chopsticks whenever they're available!. However, my hubby and I decided to buy some, thinking we were some sort or "chopstick-buying connoisseurs", but we bought the really slippery plastic no-grip chop sticks!. No matter how skilled you are!.!.!.!.these suckers are impossible!! Lol!

I can!. I used to be really bad at using them until I started my second year in grad school!. Then I shared an office with 2 girls from China, and they taught me how to hold them without looking like a "Westerner"!.
I still look weird because I'm left-handed and I have to use them with my left hand, but I don't drop anything now, and I can eat pretty fast if I have to,all without making a mess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I can use the ones that are squared at the ends but the ones with rounded end, I can't use!. And they must be made of wood!. I can't not operate the plastic ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
