Asian Style Noodle Soup with Salmon

14-3/4 oz!. can of salmon
1 C!. thinly sliced carrots
3 oz!. package ramen-style soup
2 C!. trimmed pea pods
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp!. grated fresh ginger
2 tsp!. low-salt soy sauce
2 tsp!. lemon juice
1/4 tsp!. sesame oil

Drain and flake salmon, set aside!. Bring 5 cups water to boil in a large saucepan!. Add carrots and bring to a boil!. Break ramen noodles into 4 pieces and drop into water!. Simmer 1-1/2 minutes!. Stir in peas, onions, ginger, garlic and salmon!. Simmer 1-1/2 minutes!. Gently stir in remaining ingredients, including seasoning package, and serve!.

a thai stir fry

1 onion
1 pepper
2 carrots
egg noodles
thai fish sauce
soy sauce
chinese 5 spice
1 clove of garlic
pinch of ground ginger
salmon

chop the veg in thin slices place in a bowl add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the chinese 5 spice and ginger mix all together and leave to one side

put the noddles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them

heat a frying pan or wok with little oil add the veg mix a stir fry for about 5 mins

drain and add the tin salmon and continue to stir for 5 more mins

drain the noodles and add them too the stir fry cook for 2 more minutes and the serveWww@FoodAQ@Com
