my favorite is the REAL spring rolls!. they're raw - no nasty frying done - rice paper & mint & freshness inside!.!.!.!.yum! sushi is my second favorite - and for the not-so-adventurous, there's plenty of rolls that can be made without raw fish!. next would be steamed dim-dums or steamed dumplings!. most asian resturants have perfected the art of cooking squid - i love it!. as for the common and not so healthy favorites - fried rice, lo mein, crab rangoon, egg rolls, fried wontons, sweet & sour chicken, general tsos & sesame chicken, pepper steak, chicken & broccoli!.!.!.!.!.even the unhealthy stuff tastes sooo good!. oh - and some resturants make "pancakes"!. the round doughy ones mixed in a dish are delicous - i'm not a fan of the thin flat ones!. wow - i had a lot to say about asian food :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Personally, I would have used the word "Asian" and not "Oriental" in your question so as not to offend people!.!.!. but that's a whole other discussion!.
