Arroz con Pollo Ecuadorian style?!
My boyfriend is from Ecuador and I want to surprise him by making arroz con pollo, something he likes a lot!. I have been looking online for a recipe, but every arroz con pollo I find is different!. There are cuban, colombian, spanish, etc!. styles and I don't know which one he, as an Ecuadorian, would be what he is used to and what he would like!.
