Great idea, everyone loves biscotti!. I think a safe start would be to experiment by making creative packaged samples with a brief introduction of your talent and give them to friends, local businesses and your family's co-workers!. No one forgets a great cook! When the holidays roll around offer gift baskets including flavored coffee,cocoa or even a couple unique mugs!. Great idea, but there are major food safety regulations you will have to deal with!. Both local and national!. Depending on where you live, you may even need to get a commercial food license, which can be costly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
