Answers:
dim sum is Chinese and like a little buffet!. You get little baskets filled with tiny servings of things like fried chicken feet (I only ate it on a bet) dumplings, bits of chicken and
meat!. It is not my favourite thing but I have friends that just love it!. Tandoori Chicken is Indian and it is chicken that has been cooked in a special extra hot oven called a Tandoori oven!. I have been told it goes up to 1000 degrees!. also there are special spices on it!. I have had this and really enjoy it!.
Foie gras is the liver of a goose that has been penned up all its life and force fed so its liver is very fatty!. It is a pate which I hate not only the taste but for how they mistreated the goose!.
I don't know what Pho is but I know it is either Vietnamese or Korean!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pho is a traditional Vietnamese rice-noodle soup dish!.

Dim sum is the name for a Chinese cuisine which involves a wide range of light dishes served alongside Chinese tea!. It is usually served in the mornings until noon time at Chinese restaurants and at specialty dim sum eateries where typical dishes are available throughout the day!. Dishes come in small portions and may include meat, seafood, and vegetables, as well as desserts and fruit!. The items are usually served in a small steamer basket or on a small plate!. Yum cha (literally "tea drinking") is the term used to describe the dining session, especially in contemporary Cantonese!. Chinese families in particular typically like to gather at Chinese restaurants for dim sum on occasions such as Mother’s Day or Chinese New Years
Tandoori Chicken is a fried chicken dish that originated in the Punjab region of the Indian subcontinent!.

Chicken is marinated in yogurt and seasoned with tandoori masala!. It is, moderately hot, but the heat is toned down to a mild taste level in most Western nations!. Cayenne pepper, red chili powder, or other spices give it a red hue!. A higher amount of Turmeric produces a yellow-orange colour!. In some modern versions, both red and yellow food colourings are used!. It is traditionally cooked at high temperatures in an earthen oven (tandoor), but can also be prepared on a traditional grill!.
Foie gras (pronounced /fwɑ??grɑ?/ in English; French for "fat liver") is "the liver of a duck or a goose that has been specially fattened by gavage"

Foie gras is one of the most popular and well-known delicacies in French cuisine and its flavour is described as rich, buttery, and delicate, unlike that of a regular duck or goose liver!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
