I am with "doglover", when I worked in Japan I love the red bean, yellow bean, not much for lotus paste, like the green tea ones like Desi Chef, but my favorites were the sour plum and umeboshi ones even the winter melon when available!.
I miss them as the only kind I can get here in Toronto Canada are the presentation ones in a box, not the handmade fresh one I got in Kyoto, Yomiyuri and in certain areas of TokyoWww@FoodAQ@Com
