Shrimp Sauce from Japanese Restaurant?!

Japanese Shrimp Sauce (Pink)
2 C!. mayonnaise
1/2 C!. water
1 tsp!. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp!. salt
1 T!. garlic juice
3 to 4 tsp!. catsup
1 tsp!. ground ginger
1 tsp!. hot sauce
1 tsp!. dry mustard
1 tsp!. paprika
3/4 tsp!. white pepper
Whisk together!.

#1 Japanese Shrimp Sauce
This is the shrimp sauce found in Japanese steakhouses!. It is sweet and pinkish-orangish in color!. You can substitute fat-free mayo, butter, and low calorie sugar, and it still tastes great!.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, white sugar, rice, vinegar, melted butter, paprika and garlic powder!. Mix well, cover and refrigerate!.
#2 Japaneese Steak House Shrimp Sauce
Up to 2 cups mayo
Up to 1/2 cup melted butter
Up to 1/2 cup sugar or to taste
1/8 tsp garlic powder or to taste
up to 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar or maybe juice of one lemon or to taste tomato puree or paprika - maybe 1/4 of a can (this is for color!.!.both!?)
a little water
white & black pepper
Mix Garlic Powder with 8-10 tsp!. of water!. Then blend in all other ingredients and whisk!. You could use a blender!.
Let stand in refrigerator for 24-48 hours!. That's all!! It gets really thick when you refrigerate it so you need to take it out and let it stand at room temperture before serving or add a little more water!. It is delicious!.

Japanese Steak House Shrimp Dipping Sauce (sakura sauce)
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 quart of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon spoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Soy sauce to taste (approximately 5-6 tablespoons)
Put 3 egg yolks in a tall quart size cup!. Put 1
whole egg in also!. Add about 1/2 quart of vegetable
oil!. Use a hand held blender and begin mixing until
it develops a mayonnaise consistency!. Add white
pepper, salt, desired amount of soy sauce, and another 1/2 quart of oil and continue to mix until
