Does eating raw fish give you food pisoning?!

If raw fish gives you food poisoning there will be no more restaurant in the world that will serve them!.Many cultures and tradition in the world that doing it and adopted by many restaurants!. ceviche from south America , sashimi from Japan , pesce cruda marinate from Italy ,kilawin isda from Philippines!. Sometimes the fish is poisonous due to the contaminated water from the area or they had the red tide!. Some fish was carrying some toxic chemicals which they scavenge under the sea like mercury!. Enjoy the sushi and sashimi!. They are very healthy !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The biggest thing is the preparation of the fish!. I eat sushi a lot, and its raw fish!. However, I go to reputable restaurants where I know they are using sushi-grade fish and are properly preparing it!. I have gotten food poisoning from a sushi restaurant that was new, and I never went back!. I wouldn't recommend going to Kroger and buying raw fish to make sushi!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
no i don't think eating raw fish gives u food poisoning bcause not ALL raw fish give you food poisoning since most of them are fresh and put in the right temperature however, some raw fish can give you food poisoning bcuz it has not been put in the right temperature plus it is too old + rotten so it is best to be careful when eating sushi!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I guess if the fish is bad quality!. Always eat fresh and clean!. Eat from a good and trusted restaurant!. Eating a lot of raw fish is bad for you!. I heard it's bad for your liver or something else!. Eat some sushi that don't have any raw fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's not the amount that's bad for you, it's the quality!. For sashimi and sushi made with raw seafood, you want that fish to be fresh, good quality stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
