Chinese cooking?!


Question: Chinese cooking!?
well there is this restaurant in China Town
in New York where they serve this really
good meal!.

its shaped like a rectangle & its the clearish
sort of thing they cover shrimp dumplings in!.
it has 2 shrimp inside and brown sweetish
sauce pured on it!.

can anyone tell me what this is called!?

(its in one of those restaurants where
they walk around with the carts & ask
you if you want any of the food on
the cart)

Sounds like shrimp wrapped in rice noodle which is sometimes called "Shrimp Rice Roll"!.!. the brownish liquid is a soy sauce mixture!. Some places you Worcestershire sauce!.
