Delicious!.!.!. 1/4 Jamacian!.!.!.
Naw, I would say tasty!. I think the Black Caribbean food (Jamacian/Trini/Barbados/Bahamas) is a little spicer than Spanish Caribbean (Puerto Rican/Cuban/Dominican)!.
Believe you me, it is all delicious!.
If you like a fried potato tasting side dish, try Tostones - also a plantain - the green ones, don't look like overgrown/ripe bananas (Spanish Carib's make that)!. The Black Carib's usually make the plantains (sweetish ones)!.!.!.
And, the Black Caribs make a few Indian inspired dishes, made with curry!.
Hope this helps!.!.!. You will get the best on the East Coast, either in Florida or New England!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I love Caribbean food!. It's spicy but many dishes also have a sweet component due to the use of fruit and/or coconut!. Jerk Chicken is a famous spicy Caribbean dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I am from the Caribbean and I don't think the food is spicy!. I would say it is flavorful with many condiments adding flavor not necessarily spice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It really depends on where in the caribbean your talking about!. I know puerto rican/cuban food tends to be relatively nonspicy, but Jamaican can be I guess!. It just depends!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
