Where do you buy a wok?!
I live in a town in Ontario, and I'm not sure where to buy a wok!. I checked the yellowpages, but all the wok places are restaurants!.
also, I'm going to go with a flat-bottom carbon steel wok that isn't non-stick!. Most sites agree that's good!.
How much will I pay for a brand new wok!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have access to a Chinatown, go there! You will get alot of variety and good prices!. I also suggest going to a local restaurant supply store, they too will have a large variety with good prices!.
I agree, flat bottom/carbon steel is the best! Non-stick is nice cause you use less oil and can make healthier stir frys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
