Definitely a garden-type salad with lots of shredded veggies, or maybe a mesclun-type ( = mixed baby greens) or even a simple one of torn romaine leaves with fresh-ground black pepper, some crumbled bleu cheese OR grated parmesan, with a simple dressing of fresh-squeezed lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil!.!.!.the lemon will help to cut the heaviness of the meat and the buttered noodles!.
